Website Maintenance Plan – Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Confused about how your plan limits work? Don’t worry, in this guide we got you covered.

Here, we will help you understand the different limits that you have based on the website maintenance plan that you are subscribed to.

The monthly Fair Usage Policy was introduced to circumvent the abuse of plan usage.

Most of the services offered in our website maintenance plan have no usage limit, however, there are quite a few of them that have a fair usage limit. We have taken to this page to highlight in details which of them and what their limits are.

Do I pay a lesser web maintenance fee if I do not use any of these features?

No, we only have two plans — Standard and Premium. Your website type determines what features or tasks apply. For example, if your website is just a static business website, you may not use the e-commerce or portfolio features above.

Can I make use of my unused task for something else?

No, you can’t swap tasks. For example, if you are subscribed to the Premium plan, and you have exhausted your usage limit for Upload of Products, you would have to pay the “Price After Usage Limit” fee to add another product, regardless of your free units in “Upload of Portfolio Items”.

I don’t use any of these features and I think I am not getting enough value for my money

We made those features available for our clients as a bonus for their commitment to growing their product line on the web. We are aware that not everyone would benefit from them, however, as a subscriber, you still benefit from a whole lot of coverage under the website maintenance plan.

Do you give money back or issue refunds?

No. we do not issue refunds or give money back but you may cancel your subscription yourself or submit a request for us to do that.

Can I roll over my Monthly Usage credits?

No, you can’t.
