What is SERP?

Updated on June 22, 2021

SERP is an acronym for Search Engine Result Page(s).  It is the page that a search engine returns after a user submits a search query.

Search engine results pages (SERPs) usually enlist organic search results, but may sometimes include pay-per-click (or PPC) ads which are usually placed right before the organic results.
