NOTE: For security reasons, we recommend that you use a cloud-based password manager like Google Passwords so that you can always create long, complex passwords without the fear of forgetting them. No matter what, passwords can either be forgotten or saved wrong (e.g unknowingly adding an extra space character).
Using Webmail to change your business e-mail password is the recommended method. Using a PC makes it much easier.
- Log into Webmail.
If you use the Horde Interface, select cPanel Webmail Home located at the topbar.
If you use Roundcube, select Webmail Home on the left sidebar.
- Now, click your email account in the upper-right corner, then Password & Security.
- Type a new password and click Save.
